Upload your property

At this stage, uploading an advert on estate.com.ng is totally free.

we ask you a few basic questions about your property, you upload any photographs (if you have not purchased professional photographs) and write your description. We advice you give more details to your property and upload good pictures to attract buyers to your advert.

Admin will check and approve your advert

Once advert is placed and submitted, our supportive team in the admin will review and verify the seller and the advert information before it is approved.   

Go live!

 When your advert is be approved, within 24 hours your property will be advertised on the Nigeria’s largest property websites including Tradepark.com.ng.

All prospective buyers call or email us, we take their details and these will be immediately passed onto you via phone call, text message and email. All interested parties details are also recorded in your online account for you to access at any time. Once you receive the enquiry you arrange and host the viewings. This gives you the chance to meet the people who will be buying your asset! Our research shows that 95% of buyers prefer to be shown around a property by the owner.
