Advertise your property

At this stage we ask you a few basic questions about your property; you upload any photographs (if you have not purchased professional photographs) and write your description. Once payment is made one of our qualified surveyors will visit your property to measure up. If you have purchased any additional products such as Premium Ads, Featured Ads, Spotlight Ads or Sponsored Links Ads  these will also be carried at this time. We aim to visit your property within 1-3 working days of instruction.

Go live!

As soon as our qualified surveyor has visited the property we will send you the completed floor plan, valuation report and any additional products you may have chosen for you to approve. Once you are happy with the particulars we will begin advertising your property on Nigeria’s largest property websites including Tradepark.com.ng, Tradepark.co.uk and as well as other sites.

All prospective buyers call or email us, we take their details and these will be immediately passed onto you via phone call, text message and email. All interested parties details are also recorded in your online account for you to access at any time. Once you receive the enquiry you arrange and host the viewings. Our research shows that 95% of buyers prefer to be shown around a property by the owner; after all you are the expert when it comes to your property and the area in which you live.

Agents

Our National Association of Estate Agents qualified staffs are happy to help with negotiating the best price for your property. Once a price is agreed we’ll check the chain, solicitors details, financial status of the buyer, send out the memorandum of sale and then progress the sale to a smooth completion.
